1.DRAMA AND DESPAIR (live voices)
The crowd of family and friends are aghast at the spectacle of nails being driven into the helpless hands and feet. Their hero’s valiant heart is almost bursting out of his breast as it fights for life. He cries out “Why?” and as the moments pass his heart beats steadily weaken and they sing “It is done” over and over. His family ‘take down his broken form and wipe away tears not yet dry’ as his despairing followers lament their loss.
